Sumire Yoshizawa only just remembered her true self a second time. Ren Amamiya failed to reach the end of Maruki's Palace, and as a result everyone was fundamentally altered, finding themselves in a new reality. Sumire forgot she her identity a second time, but has thankfully remembered thanks to Goro Akechi's efforts. Haunted by the reality that she became 'Kasumi' a second time and unnerved by what has happened to Akechi, she finds herself struggling to know how to proceed.

That said, she won't stop until things are back to normal, and she won't stop trying to help Akechi as they proceed. After all... she understands what it's like to be turned into someone else.
